✨ I have spent some time off social media, so thought it would be a good time to reintroduce myself and my business Real Skin Well-Being and Medical Aesthetics ✨

A little bit about the face behind the business:

Hello, I’m a NMC Registered Nurse, Leah Bsc (Hons) and Independent Prescriber, and I have over 12 years experience in the Medical Sector and Cosmetic Industry.

I have had many varied nursing roles within my NHS but I am currently working full time in NHS as a Clinical Team Lead across 3 services, which means appointments are available on days off, evenings and weekends.

I have gained my Aesthetic Qualifications with award winning training academies to ensure I provide the highest standards, and provide a holistic approach to all my aesthetic procedures.

I offer both medical and cosmetic treatments including:

I specialise in creating natural results, using advanced techniques and the highest quality and award winning products.

Fun Fact:
Prior to my nursing career, I worked as a qualified beauty therapist working with well known skin companies such as Dermalogica and Clarins. My interest for skin treatments grew from here and I wanted to use the knowledge I had built from both sectors to move over into medical aesthetics.

I have always continued to offer some beauty treatments, to keep my hand in the skills I have learned, and it is also something I enjoy.

❕ NEW TREATMENT ❕

Alluzience is an advanced botulinum toxin-a new wrinkle-relaxing injection launched by Galderma (the world’s largest independent dermatology company).
▪️ This innovative injection, which is the very first ready-to-use liquid neurotoxin in the UK has a registered trademark and was created by Ipsen. It is used to smooth stubborn upper facial lines and folds, which include improving the appearance of moderate to severe glabellar lines (vertical lines between the eyebrows), otherwise known as frown lines.

▪️ Unlike other standard botulinum toxin brands such as azzalure, bocouture and botox which take about 7-14 days to have visible effects, Alluzience kick-starts work as soon as 24 hours after injection.

▪️ For the lasting span, Alluzience lasts up to 6 months before a patient would be due for another session. This is another benefit it has over other botulinum toxins, as they last only three to four months before another session.
