And just like that, 🫰🏼it's the weekend again! All this week, I've had the most loveliest clients and it really is deeply appreciated to have them come and visit me for their massage therapy.

Some of my clients mention that their days get very busy and sometimes the weeks fly by and it's difficult to set time aside for their selfcare and health and that's one of the reasons why they book and rebook.

As part of all my treatments, whether you are visiting for LMDM or a Sports Massage. I always want my clients to rest up and relax and enjoy the added element of having a bit of time away from the outside world as well as attending to the massage therapy.

💫Meet the Team - Amelia 💫

🙋🏼‍♀️My name is Amelia Mochan, and I am a Director and Podiatrist here at Body & Sole (and Sarah’s daughter!).

👣 I provide podiatry services, including general foot care, biomechanical assessments, diabetic foot care, corn and callus removal, treatment for ingrowing toenails, nail surgery, skin tag removal, cryotherapy, plasma pen treatments, and laser therapy for pain relief. I also attempt to manage our social media. 🤪

🏡 Outside of work, I love spending time with my wonderful husband, our two beautiful children, and our little sausage dog. Much of our free time is spent renovating our home - 7 years in and still going strong! I also enjoy keeping fit through running, walking, and going to the gym. 🏃🏼‍♀️

🇦🇺 A fun fact about me: I was born in Australia and hold dual nationality. (Didn’t realise I had the same fact as Sarah!)

😍My favourite treatment to perform is also nail surgery, being able to relieve such painful conditions and see patients return feeling so much better (often wishing they’d done it sooner!). I also really enjoy cryotherapy and plasma pen treatments as they’re quick, effective, and deliver fantastic results boosting patients confidence.
