Here’s what matters most:

• Keep it simple: gentle cleanse + moisturiser + SPF is usually the baseline
• Protect the barrier: avoid “active” products unless we’ve advised otherwise
• Don’t overdo it: heat, heavy workouts and saunas can increase redness/swelling early on
• Hands off: minimise touching/picking so the skin can settle
• Follow your plan: if we’ve given product steps, timing matters as much as the products

Starting in April, Angie and I will be joining the Sanctum team, where we’ll be offering all of our specialist skin and aesthetic treatments.
