📣 Special FEEL GOOD beach event alert! 📣 Join us for a big dose of Vitamin Sea + Free-Movement Dance WITH a Swim/Dip and Sauna. 💃🕺🌊♨️ 💙

We've teamed up with fabulous Zoky Saunascape to bring you a morning to thoroughly nourish your body, mind and soul. 💛

Starting with moving freely however you feel to a journey of soulful, uplifting through to calm beats. 9:00-10:15am.

Followed by a dip in the sea and sauna (whichever order you prefer!)

Special offer 15 min sauna slots are 10:15-12:00.

Sauna is at the beach with regular saunas throughout the day too.😊

Join us for Wednesday evening sunset sessions, July to October from 15:00–21:00.

A perfect midweek reset surrounded by nature, peace, and beautiful views 🌾☀️

Thank you to everyone who joined our family sauna sessions today! 🧖‍♀️❄️✨

It was so heartwarming to see little squeals of joy, glowing faces, and to introduce the next generation to the magic of hot & cold therapy — all in a safe, welcoming space.

We truly loved sharing this time with you and your families. We’re already looking forward to doing it again soon, so stay tuned for updates!
