Seathorne Court Care Home Seathorne court is an 24 single room residential home with ensuite bathroom in Winthorpe, Skegness.

Seathorne Court has existed since a long time and has been under new management since 2007and is run by Mr & Mrs Gungah who both have a wide and extended knowledge and experience in the care field. Seathorne court is a home where you safety and security is paramount and your choice, dignity, rights, culture and belief are respected, your concerns and complaints are listened to , and your independence are promoted as much as possible. A wonderful and well trained dedicated staff team is here to listen to you and provide you with the best appropriate care you require on a 24 hour basis. We respect and value you as an individual, and we are proud in achieving a 2 star Good rating by the CQC and the LCC. Access to health care is available at any time, and a minister visits the home on a regular basis. Other services such as hairdresser and chiropodist are also available . Homemade food is freshly prepared and cooked to meet your dietary requirements and again the home was granted a 5 Star Excellent rating by the ELDC for its food & hygiene. Regular activities and events are usually organised and relatives are invited to be involved. Here are some comments made by the residents” we are lucky to live here, this is like our home and the staffs are wonderful....”,“we are like a family”...Together the owner, the staff team and relatives will continue to improve the home and make the life of the residents more enjoyable and comfortable as much as possible.

Another exciting week for our residents.We had a lovely donation from The Storehouse and the Spar at Winthorpe. Then a singing session at Winnie’s community centre, our new student Ruby kindly ensured the residents were well looked after. Later in the week our talented artists began making hearts for the upcoming Valentine’s Day ❤️

We have had a lovely weekend at Seathornecourt, some seated yoga, snakes and ladders competitions,also we were given an original shove halfpenny board from a visitor Barrie, this bought back a lot of memories. 2 ladies had trips out, 1 went to Skegness for a wander, and 2 to look at a local garden centre.
