I’ve had a little new recruit turn up a few weeks early… so I’ll be closed for a couple of weeks for some “staff training”.

Thank you to everyone who rearranged their appointments last week, I’ll be in touch with everyone booked in next week in between nappy changes!

Louth Wellness Centre turns 1️⃣! 🎉

It’s been one whole year since I opened the doors of my clinic in Louth!

Can’t quite believe it’s been that long already, but it’s been busy since the start and they do say… “time flies when you’re having fun”!

13 miles up hill, in the rain, what a Sunday! Started way too quick because I’m too competitive for my own good but slogged it out to the end with a PB 😅

We are super proud of how far we have come in the last couple of years since making the big move to Algitha Road!

We have expanded the podiatry team Sarah established herself over 23 years ago - can’t believe there’s 3 of us now!

We offer weekly classes to suit everyone’s needs and due to having small groups these can be tailored to your personal needs. These include pilates, seated exercise and yoga - Amelia was very excited to be able to join pilates today!

We have a fantastic team of professionals offering a range of health and wellness therapies and services all under one roof - who are all continuing to grow and developed their businesses - they are all smashing it! Well done guys!
