This week has been a beautiful reminder of just how much we thrive on positive connection. As I sat down to reflect on my time with clients, colleagues, friends & loved ones, it became clear how deeply our lives are enriched by the simple act of engaging with one another. One client shared the most heartwarming story about reconnecting with their partner. After our sessions, theyā€™ve found new ways to communicate with kindness and understanding, transforming their relationship at home. Another told me how their newfound confidence has opened doors at workā€”conversations that once felt daunting are now opportunities to shine. Hearing these positive experiences fills my heart and reinforces why I love what I do.

As a therapist, I know that even those of us who guide and support others to keep growing. This weekā€™s mentoring session reminded me how valuable it is to connect with peers who inspire me, challenge me, and hold space for my development. Itā€™s like refueling my soul so I can pour into others.

Wow Wednesday, favorite midweek boost. Itā€™s not just a networking and accountability club; itā€™s a space where ideas flow, encouragement is abundant, and everyone leaves feeling seen and motivated. Thursday brought a reflexology wellbeing session, where the soothing power of touch met the joy of a shared moment with others. As the sun sets on 2024, I welcome the new year immersed in gratitude, humility, and intention.
This year, Iā€™ve chosen not to post a Reel showcasing only the highlights.
Life, like the waves, ebbs and flowsā€”thereā€™s beauty in the highs and profound wisdom in the lows.

Social media often amplifies the shiny moments, encouraging comparison, craving, and longing.

Yet my Wellbeing Hypnotherapy practice reminds me to rest in acceptance, honour what is, find satisfaction in what I have, and remain deeply rooted in authenticity. Rejoice in being PRESENT.

2024 was a year of goodbyes, transformation, growth, and invaluable lessons.
2025 is a year for dedicating to Leaps, Abundance, and authentic, fulfilling connections.

As we get closer for saying goodbye to 2024, letā€™s remember: life isnā€™t the polished highlight reel we see online. Itā€™s messy, unpredictable, and full of challengesā€”and thatā€™s okay. (We all have polar bears šŸ»ā€ā„ļø & stress buckets šŸŖ£ to manage)

This time of year can stir guiltā€”whether from unmet goals or the pressure to plan drastic changes for the year ahead, often fueled by social media comparisons. But life doesnā€™t need to be perfect to be wonderful. The beauty lies in its messiness, its lessons, and the fact that we made it through.

If youā€™ve achieved more than just getting through 2024, celebrate that. But if you havenā€™t, know that surviving is enough. YOU ARE ENOUGH ā™„ļø (youā€™ll hear me say that a lot in our sessions)

If thereā€™s something you want to change, remember: you donā€™t need to wait for a new year. Start when youā€™re ready. Believe in yourself, and donā€™t be afraid to ask for helpā€”itā€™s not weakness but strength. (Asking for help has been my greatest achievement & now I want to share it with you)

To every woman who feels stuck: change might feel overwhelming, but you are more powerful than your doubts and stronger than your fears. You donā€™t need to have it all figured out. Just take the first step.

Hi I am Keeley and Iā€™m a fully qualified clinical hypnotherapist specialising in solution focused hypnotherapy which combines talking psychotherapy & hypnosis.

I have a private professional clinic in Shepley HD88EL, and I work in and around the Huddersfield area.

I offer online and in person therapy.

I am always doing additional training to ensure that my skills and techniques are always up to date and to ensure that I have many tools and to enhance my life experiences to help all of my clients.

Each treatment programme is tailored for each individual client, relating to what they need help with. I work intuitively & with NLP & CBT solution focused language patterns.

My sessions help my clients understand simple & effective neuroscience of how the brain works & why they feel the way they do, I guide my clients to reframe & remind their mind of their own solutions rather than the problems & issues.
