While Sharon manages the charming vintage Tearoom, serving a delightful selection of tempting treats, Mandy’s classes and Reiki sessions remain as popular as ever—alongside the continued success of the Calm Centre Shop.

My goodness what a week!!!!!
I've been floating round on cloud 9 for most of it.
We have welcomed some new friends to some classes 🙏
The shop is still getting new customers, which is lovely. I love chatting to new people and showing them round 🙏
My Reiki sessions have gone crazy this week - im now fully booked until MID AUGUST ❤️❤️❤️
I cant actually put in to words how in love with The Calm Centre space I am. I Keep pinching myself......yes it really is mine 🙏
With Sharon by my side and Pete joining the team, the future looks amazing.
GRATITUDE is an understatement 🙏
