Hi Everyone, thanks for joining!

My name’s Mel, I started a support group for Adults with ADHD diagnosed/undiagnosed and parents of ADHD children in November 2024 after my 12 year old son was diagnosed and also realising that I was in fact ADHD myself.

We meet once a month at The Miners Peg in Skelmersdale WN8 6LH normally 7-9pm.

It’s just a social meet up/informal chat, for like minded people to share their own life experiences. Offer support and advice.
