Last week I shared my Pumpkins of Positivity here and in class — and the magic has been growing ever since 🎃✨

A few children took the idea back to their classrooms and returned with the most beautiful reminders of their own positive pumpkin affirmations. It’s heart warming to see how a simple practice can ripple outward.

Affirmations are powerful tools for self-belief and emotional wellbeing. And while it’s wonderful to use affirmations we’re given, there’s something even more empowering about creating our own.

So today I invite you to pause, reflect, and ask yourself:

Positive affirmations are like little love notes to your nervous system. When practiced regularly, they can boost self-esteem, reduce stress, and support emotional resilience. That’s not just intuition—it’s science.
🧠 According to MentalHealth.com, affirmations activate reward pathways in the brain, helping to rewire negative thought patterns and promote self-belief.
