Feeling deeply grateful today.

My clients remind me again and again that the heart of Healing Hands is connection, care and kindness, in both directions.

As Christmas approaches, I want to thank each of you for your trust, your openness and your generosity. It is a privilege to hold space for you and to walk alongside you in your wellbeing.

I’ll be taking a little time off from tomorrow until Monday 29th, to spend quality time with my family and to honour balance and rhythm.
