Congratulations to all the incredible runners who completed the Cardiff Half Marathon! πŸŽ‰ Your hard work and determination paid off, and now it’s time to focus on recovery. Here are a few quick tips to help your body bounce back:

1. Active Recovery: Gentle movement like walking or light stretching will help ease muscle stiffness.
2. Hydrate and Refuel: Replenish lost fluids and give your body the nutrition it needs to repair.
3. Ice and Elevation: For any sore areas, apply ice and keep your legs elevated to reduce inflammation.
4. Rest: Listen to your body. A couple of days off can make a big difference.
5. Book a Post-Race Assessment: If you’re feeling any aches or pains, don’t ignore them. I’m here to help you recover stronger!
