One of the things I love most about Reiki is how my clients can just relax.
It's something a lot of people need right now. Life is busy and we are over stimulated.
If you can, just for a moment, let yourself rest. Turn off the TV, leave your phone in another room and sit in silence. Let your mind rest.

I have just finished a Kundalini yoga class and the message of the class was 'my body is the garden of my soul'. This spoke so deeply to me. It's making me think what flowers do I want to plant here? Where can I give it some extra love? It also give my a new outlook.

This class also made me realise not to take my practice too seriously. This also applies to everything in my life, especially reiki. Like Maya Fienne mentions during class "have fun with it". Once you start to have fun you break through the mind body barrier and go beyond your limits.

Being an energy worker, Kundalini yoga is an important part of looking after my energy body and connecting it to the physical.

(I know I mentioned not taking things too seriously but I'd just like to add this from personal experience of helping others when they've not been given the right support).
I've been practising Kundalini for 9 years and I can definitely see why people are cautious about starting. It will bring change. It'll open up your energy centres and connect you to a part of your existence that you're not aware of. There is so much more to this existence than just the physical world. This is why it's so important to find teachers who knows what they're doing - energy work can bring change, sometimes it isn't easy, you can open your mind up to all sorts of things. In reiki we call this a healing crisis. So much is coming up and it's too much. You need a teacher who is there for you.

✨️Treatment packages✨️

Introducing packages to help you get the most out of Reiki.

My personal experience with Reiki has shown me the magic of regular Reiki treatments. This is why I've decided to offer packages. Each package will include a journal so you can continue to work with Reiki between sessions. It'll also be more affordable than booking one off sessions. You'll also receive a Reiki infused crystal.

Part of the reason I want to offer packages is that I want those who come for Reiki to experience the life changing benefits. A one off session is great, but frequent sessions can have a greater impact on your life.

Frequent Reiki treatments give you a time and a place that you know is your time for self care. It's something to look forward to. You'll form a bond with your practitioner. Your taking an action in life that can help you to move forward - Reiki is very gentle and relaxing, so if you're overwhelmed it's the perfect way to commit to something with very little effort.

Packages are available for in person and distant reiki 🙌

One thing that I've realised on my Reiki journey is that Reiki creates change.

When you're at a cross roads in life reiki can guide you down the right path and it can help you to see all of the options that you have.
