This library clip from Autumnwatch is about mental health aids found in nature - especially useful if you do not naturally relish this particular seasonal shift.

I’m encouraging community groups across Skipton and Ripon to apply for funding through the Movement, Activity and Sport Investment Programme from York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority.

If you have an idea to help people stay active, this fund could support you. You don’t need a background in sport to apply.

Let’s help reduce isolation and improve well-being in our villages and rural communities.

Find out more and apply here 👉 https://yorknorthyorks-ca.gov.uk/project/mas-fund/
