New timetable
Imagine going to the gym and always having a coach available to help, and not just any old PT, a legend at that 😎
We have upped the amount of options you have during an evening. You can now choose exactly how you would like to train.
During evening hours on Mon & Wed you can now pick between multiple different full body workouts, just train legs, work on the atlas stones or simply plan your own session. All with full guidance from a coach. There’s also an engine builder option for those wanting more of an aerobic cardio session.
Tuesday and Thursday is all about interval training
Friday is strength
Outside the manned gym hours you can use the gym how you want, often having the place to yourself, truly is a premium experience.
Please note, It’s probably going to be harder but more structured than what you currently do, but that’s how we make the gains 🫡
