How we sit on a horse has a huge effect on their balance, straightness, paces and general way of going.
How many of us make our horses back sore on the same side every time the physio checks your horse!

Rider analysis or unmounted session to specifically work on yourself to target the exact areas.
£45 for 45 mins

£30 unmounted session for 30 minutes

What an amazing job Sophie has done with Neo hes beautiful and gaining strength and muscle in all the right places.

I have been working with Sophie to make sure shes straight and strong to do the best she can for Neo.
He has been placing her and dropping her slightly off to one side. So Sophie needs to strengthen her right glute medius to help her keep her pelvis level and stretch the front of her left psoas muscle. That will help keep her left should from coming forward and her pelvis more equal.

Claire came to see me because she was finding it really difficult to get on and off her horse after full knee replacement in June last year.
As you can see 👀 shes done a brilliant job. I stretched her main muscles and in particular activated her glute medius so she could lift her leg high enough to get on and off safely.

Love working with Hazel Towers Eventing her work ethics is just something else. Ermmm ignore my hair 🤦‍♀️🤣

Active Body Company

Hi my name is Caroline and I own the Active Body Company and I live just out side Skipton in North Yorkshire. My aim is to get people as may people active and to enjoy physical exercise whatever that may be. It doesn’t matter what exercise you do as long as you enjoy it, look forward to training and want to do it – then you are much more likely to get the results you are aiming for.

I class myself as very lucky because I have always enjoyed exercising from a young age and I started teaching my first Aerobics Classes in the local Village hall when I was 15 years old. I went onto study Health and Fitness, became a person trainer, swimming coach along with a whole host of other qualifications. I have now been working in the fitness industry for more than 25 years and the beauty of this industry is that you never stop learning.

After teaching swimming for 20 years and being a personal trainer working for myself, I went onto Manage a private health spa for 7 years and continued to teaching circuits training and kettlebell classes on an evening because I loved it. I then decided I needed some new scenery so I moved to Thailand for 12 months and trained in Muay Thai (Thai boxing) and worked as a PE teacher in an international school.
