Due to a family commitment I've had to move the next group meeting to July 15th. We were thinking of meeting at Embsay reservoir and scrambling up the Cragg (weather dependent). It would be lovely if you fancy joining us.

Quick reminder about this month's meeting. Thursday at 7pm, meeting at Embsay Village Hall. We're hoping to go for a walk (weather dependent) returning to the hall for a cuppa.

Our next meeting will be on Thursday 13th June at 7pm. We thought we could meet at Embsay Village Hall and if the weather is nice we could have a walk finishing with a cuppa back at the hall.

Today is the third international TFMR awareness day. Today we remember all the babies who died too soon and think of all the bereaved parents who have experienced a termination for medical reasons 💜

TFMR is often overshadowed and still rarely spoken about. Raising awareness of this type of baby loss is so important, as it affects around 5000 people in the UK every year.

At 10 am Hannah will be talking about how ARC supports parents through testing, diagnosis, decision-making and loss on Instagram live with Host Sarah Jade. Head over to to tune in!

Our helpline is available Monday-Friday, 10 am-5.30 pm, but you can drop us an email at any point over the long weekend. Email info@arc-uk.org to speak to our experienced team. We have a number of support services for bereaved parents following TFMR.

Today marks the beginning of Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week, a week-long campaign dedicated to talking about mental health problems before, during and after pregnancy.

The theme for this week is 'Rediscovering You'. Make sure you follow to keep up to date with this week's content.

If you are struggling with your mental health after , please feel able to reach out to our helpline for support. We have a number of support services available and can put you in contact with a qualified and experienced counsellor, should you wish.
