Home Care

Just Ask is registered with the Care Quality Commission as a domiciliary care provider. Your care requirements are very important to us and we want to help you live safely and comfortably in your own home. Whether you need help to get up, wash and dress every day or assistance with a shower several times a week we are happy to help. We can also help you to take part in the activities you enjoy or simply to go shopping. We can prepare a freshly cooked meal, assist with your medication and be there at the end of the day to help you get ready for bed too. We recognise that choosing a home care provider is a very important decision. We understand that everyone is an individual and has different needs. At Just Ask we will listen to those needs and work hard to put together a support plan that you are happy with. Our company ethos is to treat our service users with the same degree of respect and dignity that we would expect for a member of our own family. Our core values are respect, compassion, empathy, dignity, integrity and imagination. We work hard to uphold these values and to put our service users at the very centre of what we do.

We are currently looking for carers to join our amazing team. You will need a car but will only need to cover Skipton, Carleton and Bradley.

Guaranteed salary of £24,765 based on an average of 37.5 hours per week. Overtime paid at £19.05 per hour. Fuel allowance paid monthly

Would you like to work for a forward-thinking employer that considers the welfare of its employees as highly as highly as the service users that they support? if so, read on:

We pay our care support workers on a salaried basis, which GUARANTEES a regular income and stability, rather than a typically changeable wage caused by reduced hours or cancellation of visits.

We have salaried positions for 30 and 37.5 hours per week, which includes the travel time between clients:
• £23,400 per annum for 37½ hours per week
• £18,720 per annum for 30 hours per week
• IN ADDITION, a further salary increase will also be effective from 1st April

You can also earn more than the above by picking-up extra hours if you want to. Overtime is paid at £18 per hour.

We have vacancies for immediate start and whilst previous experience is desired, full training will be given to applicants without any care experience.
