In the UK, 1 in 6 people will suffer from some form of mental health condition.

To me this statistic doesnt reflect the truth, there is a huge amount of people who dont reach out for support when they struggle.

Help to remove the stigma around mental health, ask your best friend, your collegue or neighbour how they are? And not just a token 'how do' a true connected 'how are You?' Offer a walk, a brew or a hug. You might just change someones day.

Here at the Loft, we welcome your vulnerability we wellcome you on your good days, on your Ok days on your, i just dragged myself out of bed days.
