Look at this beautiful Henna art that Celtic Roots Yoga - with Emma Jane, had done with her lovely friend and fellow yoga teacher, Julia! (Tree and Tide Yoga)

They were at our lovely neighbouring studio, Holistic House (Otley Street is such a great place to be).

Emma (Right) runs wonderful Friday afternoon classes at The Loft, and you should get yourself booked on; it's the BEST way to smooth in to the weekend!

This is SuZen Yoga, and she does loads of brilliant yoga at The Loft!

She's got classes on Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday, so no matter your schedule, she's got a session youll be able to get to!

On top of that, she has an amazing Nidra coming up on the 13th, nidra is the DEEPEST relaxation and you should absolutely get yourself booked in!

Tom, Barefoot Path Yoga, my handsome and exceptionally muscular husband, of whom I regularly imagine shirtless, oiled and hard-working, has recently been to Rome with his family.

His children are delightful and well-mannered, and his wife is SMOKING hot.
