As a massage therapist, I'm often asked why I take a few moments to ground myself before each session. The answer is simple: it's essential for both my well-being and yours.
Grounding is like creating an energetic shield that protects me from absorbing any negative or stagnant energies you might be carrying. It also allows me to center myself, ensuring I'm fully present and focused on providing you with the best possible massage experience.

Simple Grounding Technique with Protective Light
* Visualize: Close your eyes and imagine roots extending from your feet deep into the earth. Feel the stability and strength of the earth's energy flowing up into your body.
* Set an Intention: Silently affirm your intention to ground yourself and create a protective shield of light around you.
* Breathe: Take a few deep breaths, inhaling positive energy and exhaling any tension or negativity.
* Strengthen the Shield: Visualize a bright white or golden light surrounding your entire body, forming a protective barrier.
