Love Your Birth Hypnobirthing Teacher Training Love Your Birth offers training and mentoring for Hypnobirthing Teachers. I want as many people as possible to have joyful births through Hypnobirthing.

Love Your Birth offers classes for expectant parents, training for people who would like to become Hypnobirthing teachers and mentoring for current Hypnobirthing teachers. Hypnobirthing is a complete birth preparation course designed to empower couples to have the best birth for them. Hypnobirthing incorporates hypnotherapy, the power of language, the importance of avoiding negative influence, powerful calming techniques and understanding the full birth journey including the physiology of birth and birth choices. Hypnobirthing allows people to have births where they feel calm, relaxed, in control and ultimately love their birth however it happens.

Picture the scene. I’m teaching a Hypnobirthing couple in my living room. It’s 25 degrees outside, so I’ve got the window open.

To post a letter, the postman must walk in front of the window and of course he can’t help but have a peek in. You would, wouldn’t you?

That’s what he does.

There he sees a woman bent over a birth ball with a man behind her (her partner). He can’t see that he’s simply practicing some soothing strokes guided by me.

He hears her demand “you can do it harder than that”

There I am stood next to the couple, making eye contact with the postman, with an awkward smile. 🙊😆

My 3 biggest wins of the first year of teaching Hypnobirthing were:

Getting my first booking from a stranger! Like a lot of new businesses, my first clients were people that I’d already known. When a complete stranger got in touch, said they liked what they saw on my website, and paid for their course, it felt AMAZING!

Filling my group course! The first group course I launched got 2 couples booked on. That’s a group, right?! 6 weeks later my group course got 4 bookings. That was a full house.

I’d filled my group course! It felt like a real achievement and paved the way for the courses beyond that one.

Hearing feedback from the parents that had taken my Hypnobirthing course…

“I’m now excited for birth, Abby” “I couldn’t have done it without Hypnobirthing” “I can’t wait to tell you about the birth. I did it!”

There is no feeling like it! Knowing that your course was making a difference at such an important time in people’s life feel incredible.

Hypnobirthing clients don’t need a book that they can buy on Amazon that perhaps they’ve already been gifted.

A book that sits on their bedside table unread.

They want something that compliments their course. That contains reminders and reinforcements. More than that though, something that they actively use. Something that the write in, reflect on and importantly act upon.

When you train with us, you can give your Hypnobirthing clients whatever you want. It is your business, it’s your rules.

However, you will have access to a huge amount of beautiful resources that you can use with your clients ready-made and tried and tested. This means you can get teaching as soon as you certify.
