These are the clinic hours I will be working starting from tomorrow.

All appointments are now available to book via the booking link in the bio and appointments need to be booked in advance.

Please don’t attend if you’ve not booked an appointment.

A few appointments are still available for tomorrow evening 😊.

The official start day is Monday 16th March the booking link is now in the bio for those appointments.
Further availability for next week will be added soon.

There will be a Saturday morning clinic but due to prior sport therapy commitments these won’t start till the 28th March. Would you like a Sunday morning clinic in the meantime instead?

I’m excited to announce and reveal the new home of EYP sports therapy is at AVLFitness Gym in Slaithwaite.

I will be based upstairs from the gym and I can’t wait to welcome you. Appointments will be going live soon so keep your eyes peeled.

Did you know I’m also a qualified personal trainer?

This combined with the sports and exercise therapy allows me to be able to support you throughout your injury recovery, rehabilitation and then beyond.
Along with putting injury prevention exercise programmes in place for all those events you’ve signed up for!

Why do you need a new initial sports massage appointment?

This appointment is longer and allows for a detailed history to be taken, look at any limitations, expectations, reasons for attending, previous treatments etc. Plus time for your sports massage!!

This allows me to understand you and your needs to ensure you get the most out of this treatment and any ongoing appointments.
