Have you had a knee or hip replacement? Or are you currently on a wait list for surgical treatment?

In clinic we can help prepare you for surgery and rehabilitate you afterwards to help get you moving pain free and strengthen your body so that you can return to activity as soon as possible. Our treatment plans are always individual and will be specific to your needs and goals 🦵

Rehabilitations plans that are provided alongside manual therapy can be done in the comfort of your own home, or we can take you down to a gym environment at Prevail Strength & Conditioning if preferred 🏋️

Did you know we are the only clinic in the local area that offer shockwave therapy.
Our state of the art Storz Medical device is a non invasive treatment that uses high energy sound waves to promote the healing process in damaged tissues, especially tendons. Helping you to recover quicker from stubborn injuries.🏃

Is is used for chronic conditions such as plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, tennis elbow, patella tendinopathy and myofascial pain.

We have had some wonderful results from clients in clinic so far, taking them from 12+months of chronic pain to being pain free or running half marathons when used alongside progressive rehab plans and manual therapy!👏

Are you suffering with pain below your knee cap? This could be ‘jumpers knee’.

An overuse condition that is caused by overloading the patella tendon.🦵

Pain can often be aggravated by jumping, squatting, running or going down the stairs. It commonly affects athletes that require lots of sprinting, jumping or changing direction.🏃

A strengthening based rehabilitation plan is best when used alongside manual therapy to reduce pain. Our shockwave therapy device can also be a great addition to speed up the healing process.
