We will meet at 10am at St Andrews Church by New Springwell Practice.

📢An exciting opportunity has arisen for K2 Healthcare to expand its workforce to include a Home-Visiting Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Enhanced Practice Nurse

👜This person will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of the Federation Home-Visiting service.

🚑 Working collaboratively with Paramedic Practitioners, the ANP/EPN contributes to a multidisciplinary team providing home visits to patients registered with one of our sixteen practices.
As a professionally autonomous clinician, the ANP/EPN will deliver high-quality care within the community, ensuring patients receive timely and appropriate.

Every 1st Thursday of the Month we hold a Young Adults Group at Wyndham Park Visitors Centre at 1pm-3pm. A safe space to chill out, and meet new people. Free refreshments! Open to new ideas and ways to spend this time. Go for a walk, or bowling or for a different activity! Hope to see you there!
