Hot stone massage - mobile and home visits. To note...mobile visits will only be an hour and please allow enough time for setup and massage - typically this will more than likely take up to 90- minutes

Personal sports therapist - I can accompany you to an event you have entered and provide pre & post event massages including k-taping application. The package also includes a follow up appointment on a later date - please get in touch for prices as they will vary according to the distance travelled to your event.

More myofascial cupping appreciation!

This client has been suffering with back tension - it had been established that due to a shoulder mobility issue on the left side the body, the body has over compensated to assist leading to tension to the right side. Both the left and right side of the back received deep tissue sports massage work and some cupping (gliding) which has indicated more tension to the right side (redder).

Static cupping to the left shoulder was also applied.
