It truly is the beautiful little things in life that lift you up 🙏. - if you have been in my treatment room you will have noticed these teeny little cute ducks 🦆 ( and a 🍄) gifted to me by a beautiful client - and just recently an addition of a fabulous golden mini duck added to the collection by another beautiful client 😁 They bring joy to many of my visiting clients and seeing them brings a smile and a giggle 🤭… thankyou for the little joy makers ( you know who you are ) and also for the beautiful sign that was also gifted in a time of need that inspires many

And just like that - less than 48 hours after announcing our fabulous news - Our retreat is half way booked with beautiful ladies - our venue is booked - it is perfectly positioned deep within a Forrest , with outdoor sunken hot tubs , a sauna and a huge fire pit 🔥. There are 4x twin en-suite rooms still available. If you are interested please message myself or .fisher.5099 and we will be happy to send you the early details that we have so far🙏

🌟 See these pink trainers 👟 - a year ago I tripped whilst running in these pink trainers & fractured my wrist & had surgery to have a steel plate fitted - I haven’t dared to wear them on a run since - until today , the year anniversary 😂- I put my big brave girl pants on & my pink trainers & ran ! ! - I m happy & proud of myself for facing my personal fear 😧! Because running is important to me & my spirit ! I just wanted to share- not for adoration - trust me , I have given myself a huge pat on the back - but to hear your stories ( write in comments below 👇) - ( I love listening to your personal stories ) of how proud you are of yourself recently for overcoming a personal fear or fearful experience - and I hope others read your comments and resonate too - written words are so powerful- and I hope you have also remembered to give yourself a huge pat on the back - I’ve even bought myself some flowers 🌷 👏 - ❤️

Currently on my way to London in readiness for cheerleading duties for our son running and smashing his very first marathon in memory of our beautiful little angel and amazingly raising his target of over £2000 for Tommy s 👏 supporting so many others with their loss 💖

Also - Good luck to all my clients running London and raising so much money for fabulous charities!

I’ll be tracking you all and I’ll aim to be standing at the Tommy s charity stands ( mile 13+19) I’ll do my best to shout loud if I see you
