Recently I had former Lincoln City and Millwall midfielder in to have a look at a recent knee issue she was having.

After going through her recent training and an assessment we found areas that needed more attention to strengthen her knee but get her back on the field as soon as possible.

Once I went through everything that was required for her to work on, we finished with a massage on her right quad as that was part of the issue also.
