Thank you all for joining me on Monday night to celebrate the arrival of my favourite season - SPRING!

My heart is full again- so thank you for the space, energy and connection we have created ! 🙏💜🙏💜

All around us, New Life is emerging. The days are growing longer and lighter, so it is NOW the time to shake off the darkness of winter.

Nature is telling us it’s time to create,shine and come back to life!

It is the time to set intentions and put new ideas, goals and plans into action- to go back out into the world, fuelled by the increasing light and life appearing all around us- embracing the fresh, new energy and opportunities coming our way.

May this season bring you abundance, joy, and a deep connection to the rhythms of nature.

Spring has finally arrived 🌺🌻🌹🌷🌼🌸🌱🌳🐝🐞🦋🌞🌻

Lighter mornings, shifting energy, a sense of something fresh/new…
A season of transition reminding us that change can be gentle, gradual, and full of possibility -even when it feels uncertain.
So if you’ve been feeling a little out of sync, you’re not alone.

As we move through this season, my intention is to offer classes and spaces that support you in finding your own sense of balance - whatever that looks like for you.

A balance that isn’t rigid or perfect, but flexible, responsive, and deeply personal.

Spring doesn’t demand that we become something new overnight.
It simply invites us to begin..... gently, patiently, and with awareness.
No pressure. No expectations.
Just a space to come home to yourself.

The balance of light and dark offers us the space to explore BALANCE in our lives !

Running a self-employed yoga business can be a solo journey.

Teaching the classes is only one part of it. There’s planning, organising, marketing, admin, and so much behind the scenes.

We often think ”professional development” means a new certification, training or a workshop.
But sometimes, the greatest growth happens in the simple act of sharing ideas, experiences and lessons learned with fellow yoga teachers and educators.

It helps us all grow and support one other along the way.

Last weekend, I had a chance to catch up with my fellow yoga teachers.

It was a wonderful reminder of how powerful a teacher community can be. Spending time with fellow teachers, sharing ideas, experiences, challenges and support is invaluable. These conversations don’t just inspire our teaching, they help us grow and sustain our businesses too.

🎧 listening to music, audiobook, or podcast
🧠 lost in your thoughts

Next time you step outside, try something different.

💚Walk a little slower.
💚Notice the sounds around you.
💚Feel your feet touching the ground.
💚Look for small details patterns in bark, shapes of clouds, movement of leaves.
💚Take few slow breaths.

Engaging the senses quickly anchors the mind in the present moment.

Spring is in the air! My favourite season is nearly here 🙏🌞😃🌹🌸🌺🌷🌼🌿🌱🍃🌞

Last couple of days I spent plenty of time in nature and in the Garden 🪴basking in the spring (ish) sun 🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞🌞

Spring is whispering of change, and the world is responding with vibrant new life. 🌱🌱🌱
It’s a powerful reminder that transformation is a natural cycle, both in nature and within ourselves.

As nature awakens, so can we-shaking off the heaviness of winter and stepping into a season of renewal, lightness, and growth.

Let’s use this upcoming season as an invitation to bloom, to grow, and to embrace the beautiful changes within and around us.

Gorgeous sun these last couple of days. I absolutely love the brighter, sunnier days and those longer, lighter evenings.

Beautiful country walks with my pooch 🐾 and of course stroll in the garden to watch the nature coming back to life. 🌱🪻🌼💚

Soaking up every drop of this Vitamin D.

Hi, my name is Anna Fornal. Thank you for visiting my page!

I provide Hatha Yoga classes, Reflexology and Massage Therapies around Grantham, Bourne and Sleaford area.

Through Yoga and my Therapies I promote a holistic approach to the stresses and strains of modern life. Whether you need to improve performance, heal from an injury, relieve chronic or acute pain, increase mobility, deal with mental challenges, anxieties or handle stress, I can help.

I qualified in Massage Therapy in 2014 including: Swedish Body Massage, Indian Head Massage, Deep Tissue & Sports Massage (a variety of techniques for stretching muscles and increasing flexibility, including muscle energy techniques, SCS, PNF techniques and myofascial release), also Pre & post sport event techniques and trigger point therapy techniques.
