Ive been making a big batch of one of my favourite cream blends thats full of anti inflammatory and analgesic essential oils with the added benefits of potent herbal infusions of arnica, nettle and CBD. It’s a beautiful herbal, botanical blend that may bring relief to sore muscles and joints, supporting a faster recovery
