1st September is nearly here, that means 2 months until the well-being event at Branston Booths Village Hall.

Remember this is a safe space for anyone wanting that human interaction, especially with the cost of gas and electricity now confirmed to rise more than expected, please know on Saturday 1st November between 10am and 4pm there is a warm, safe space with lovely people for you to attend - even if you’re not into all the elements of the stalls, the stall holders are lovely people and are willing to have that chat with you.

You have access to warm drinks in a lovely and welcoming environment. A small donation (if you’re financially able to but absolutely no pressure) will be donated to charity.

No one should spend day in day out alone, so the venue doors will be open, as is my heart to you on the day …. Just pop in and allow yourself to be welcomed 🙏

Autumn and Winter are on their way. Generally bringing colds and flu and the time of year where we succumb to lots of bugs and illnesses.

The ingredients are full of amazing nutrients. Rosehips are packed full of vitamin C.
It’s packed with antioxidants and antiviral properties.

You can take a teaspoon a day to boost your immune system or you can take it at the onset of a cold or a bug and it will help shorten the life of the cold.

And a bonus is that it tastes like mulled wine 🥰

Tuesday was my first day at The Crystal Shop in Collingham. It was a lovely peaceful day spent getting to know new clients having aromatherapy facials and Aromaflexology foot treatments where they got to take home the rest of the cream to take home and carry on the benefits for a while longer.

SELF-CARE SEPTEMBER

Summer is almost over! It always seems to fly by.

As you all obviously know I love the healing power of essential oils. But carrier oils made by infusing common herbs and even ones you think of as weeds are equally powerful and therapeutic.
Take a look at my friends dad’s face. He had a bad fall and his face instantly came out in painful bruises. I sent him a soothing blend of infused herbal carrier oils and essential oils and look at the difference in a short space of time. They’re good for pain, anti inflammatory, skin cell regeneration and wound healing.
