🏡 Work in our beautiful converted vicarage based in the charming village of Ewerby just outside of sleaford, providing care to 42 residents including nursing and dementia.
🕘 Shifts: Full-time, including alternate weekends (3x 7pm–7am)
💷 Pay: £13.10/hr & twice-yearly reviews & great staff benefits
🌱 Perks include paid training, 28 days holiday, £1 meals on shift, pension scheme, £1,000 refer-a-friend bonus & more

JASMINE HEALTHCARE....

We locate our homes, at the heart of the local communities which they serve, in original period properties with character at their centre. We endeavour to retain as many of the original features as we can, whilst sympathetically extending, modernising and refurbishing the buildings to enhance the standard of living for all our residents. This helps us to achieve, what we believe to be the optimum size for a care home (40-50 residents), in terms of balancing the culture and community offered by our homes, with their operational efficiency. In addition, we require that all of our homes, offer attractive private grounds for the use of our residents and their visitors. Jasmine provides a combination of nursing, residential and dementia care across its five homes. To see more specific details on our homes please see “Our Homes” page.

Background

Jasmine Healthcare was conceived by Chris Clark, in early 2004. Chris possessed first-hand experience of care homes through personal family experience, where he had found the standards of accommodation and care offered to be poor. As a result, Chris passionately believes that many care homes for the elderly in England need to be improved. Consequently, Jasmine’s mission has always been:
