Do you know someone feeling lonely or socially isolated?

WE CARE Berkshire can provide you with a service that will be tailor made to individuals needs:

- Have a chat and share your stories over a cup of tea and cake.

- Help with grocery shopping or picking up prescription.

- Getting out and about supporting you to stay active.

- Driving to G.P or hospital appointments.

- Support with cooking and preparing meals.

- Providing home help, light cleaning, laundry or ironing.

Our support staff are ready to help every step of a way and much more.

Charges from £20-£25 per hour.
