Hashimoto disease is an autoimmune problem. The western medicine says it can't be cured. This lady proves differently and explains her way out of this debilitating issue.

As with other other autoimmune problems, the gut is the place where the inflammation starts.

Everybody is different - some people tolarate milk products and eggs, some not. Helpful here is the blood group theory, e.g. blood group B tolarates well milk and eggs, blood group 0 may have problems with cow milk products, blood group A, as the most vegetarian group, may have problems with eggs AND milk.

Nobody can really tolerate nowadays commercial wheat products, it's a poison for the body.

Using kinesiology, I can test any intolarances and food sensitivities through muscle tension. It's very helpful if you are in doubt if any specific food is beneficial for you.

My first gall bladder flush this year. 👍🏻

Spring is the best time as this is the time of Liver and Gall Bladder in Chinese medicine.
Although I don't have any issues I try to cleanse my gall bladder at least 1 - 2 x a year.
You feel more energised and many notice that long-lasting issues like allergies, skin issues, headaches, eye problems... go away after a flush.

I follow the Andreas Moritz protocol, the one where you drink olive oil with grapefruit juice on the last day. The preparation and the actual flush last only 6 days. The whole process is totally painless.
You can see I removed some stones and bile sand. In the 2nd flush bigger stones come out.

A self treatment day🤧
I woke up with a sore throat and cough in progress.
A bioresonance is great not only for acute problems but also for any chronic conditions. The machine picks up infections and then I can do a treatment using weakening frequencies.

From my experience, I should be probably back to normal in 2 -3 hours. Unfortunately no gym today🥲
