Windmill recently celebrated Holi - the vibrant Festival of Colours and Festival of Love. This Hindu celebration marks the triumph of good over evil, the arrival of spring, and the end of winter. Our residents, families, and staff all enjoyed the festivities, along with the delicious dishes prepared by Chef Adelina and her team.

From friendly competitions to gentle exercises for More...Movement, and plenty of giggles, everyone had a brilliant time. What a wonderful way to end the week on a high note!

Those living with us loved getting active, sharing laughs, and building confidence through More...Movement - even a few ''exercise sore'' smiles made an appearance! Sessions like these remind us how powerful staying active together can be.

Alongside this, our staff also took part in Rehabilitation Awareness training, by our local Occupational Therapist, helping us continue to provide the best support for our residents' mobility and wellbeing. Here's to improving mobility, boosting wellbeing, and creating happy memories every week!
