Shashi Yoga has been running over 20 years and been through its own transformation from solely a Yoga company to a Total Wellbeing Service for the consumer. The director and founder has been featured on Nintendo's mind and body workout delivering Yoga and Meditation also on BBC radio talking about Mindfulness and inner beauty. Shashi Yoga has been featured on many magazines and newpaper articles. Shashi Yoga provides Yoga classes for all age groups and levels. Also Nutritional consultations and Massage Treatments. We run workshops and courses throughout the year and International Yoga retreats including Well being programs.
