This beautiful piece was painted at one of our Coffee n Canvas events.

Not by a professional, just someone who painted the mood they were in.

Is this a "sad" Painting? Or has the rain came to wash away all the negative and make way for the sunshine?

(We think its the latter of the 2)

Art is subjective and can mean what ever you want it to. Its a great release, improves concentration and wellbeing.

Did you know La Luz together with Sarah from run a peer-support group for people with Chronic Pain and illnesses?

We take an hour each week to meet as friends in the community, we dont always talk about the conditions that we have, but we all understand what each person is going through.

From Asthma, Gerd to conditions such as MS and Fibromyalgia, we know that both visible and invisible illnesses, conditions and disabilities are all as important as each other. You never know what someone is going through, sometimes just sitting with others having a friendly chat and a cup of tea is what you need to briefly take your mind off things.

If you would like to join us on one of our sessions please do send a message and let us know.

Remember we are always hear to listen.

Our first No Internet Cafe, on Friday 25th July.

And we're super excited. No Internet Cafe is a series of engaging activities and sessions which involves No screentime at all. No phones. No Laptops. No TVs.
After all, as a nation we spend so much time looking at a screen, its time to enjoy a little break.

To celebrate our first session we're holding a quiz.

The prize is a £40 Tamu voucher.

Its free to join in and open to all ages, don't worry if you dont have a team still come along and we'll fit you into a team.
