”Thank you, dear Amrita Baba, for your time and priceless teachings on last weekend’s February Retreat. The topic was enlightenment and the actualization of relative bodhicitta in this lifetime.
During the retreat, we experienced the fruits of Baba’s recently completed work as a treasure revealer. His 23 years in the Dharma have opened a pragmatic path for spiritual seekers that brings swift and concrete results. We can say with great joy and relief that we have reached a point where all the Amrita Mandala practices have been tried and tested by Baba’s devoted students. To our amazement, five sangha members of Amrita Mandala have already attained causal and astral body cessation, known as the non-meditation stage in the Mahamudra tradition.
On Saturday afternoon, Baba gave a Dharma talk on the Path of Health and Great Bliss, the third and final path of Amrita Mandala. He explained that one must have a pure causal and astral body so that the physical body can be spiritualized. Trauma causes mental and psychological bruises, and this unnatural condition also affects our physical cells. These bruises in the tissues are tightly packed energy. Fortunately, these energies no longer affect our minds. The third path does not lead to new spiritual or psychological insights, but rather brings openness, well-being, and health to the body. The purpose of the path of Health and Great Bliss is to activate the physical tissues and remove its blockages, so that enlightened mind can shine through it. This leads to threefold enlightenment in which the causal, astral, and physical bodies rest in pristine purity. This attainment is called the light body, or the rainbow body.
Thank you once more, dear Baba, for your excellent guidance, teachings, and transmissions during this February Retreat. Thank you to the Masters Padmasambhava, Yeshe Ma, and Bodhidharma for your blessings. Warm thanks also to all online participants.”
