How fabulous are my Wednesday Slimming World members. In February they lost 375lb. That's over 26 1/2 stone gone forever. Slimming World is about making healthy lifestyle changes, being active and getting weekly support.

My Smethwick members did amazing this week.
150lb lost and three members lost 1/2 stone in their 1st week.

I'm really looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow at The Dorothy Parkes Centre . Groups are at 9:30, 11:00, 5:30, 7:00
I've visited today and all local roads are clear (including side roads). Outside of the centre is gritted and the heating on. The kettle will be on tomorrow and there's free tea and coffee for members.
