Making the most of getting Ellerie settled early into bed tonight and having a much needed soak in the bath 🥳

Interesting Fact

Neroli oil is used as a pain reliever so much so that with 2 out of my 3 pregnancies I used a combination of oils including Neroli as a pain relief. Didn’t get chance with Ellerie because of you blinked you missed it. It was that quick.

Can highly recommend this combination 👌

I visited a new client yesterday at home who is wheel chair bound. She booked for an Indian head massage and we adapted the treatment to maximise the benefits for her. She absolutely love the treatment and has booked again for next week 🙏.

It was a full house yesterday for Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage treatments. I have a few clients with Lynphoedema and Lipidaemia who are benefitting so much though regular treatments as well as client ls with MS. This so rewarding to know that by reviewing regular treatments symptoms associated with there condition are improving, which improves day to day living.

I also had the pleasure of treating a very Skeptical client in the evening. In view of this I chose to start with Reiki for the added relaxation followed by Reflexology. He slept during the whole treatment and felt very relaxed. Needless to say he is no longer a skeptic 🤣🙏👣
