Thank you to all my clients for your support, kind words and messages over the last 2 weeks 🙏. Recovery is going well day by day. Have over come a couple of setbacks including a visit to A&E to rule out a blood clot but thankfully was more circulatory and then comes the mental battles with not being able to get about very easily, navigating the stairs no driving and no taking the kids out. This week I feel positive with a marked improvement, today I managed a walk in the woods which would normally take 20 minutes, it took 40 minutes but that’s ok as I allowed myself to breath in the air and admire the blossoms and nature at its best. Sutures out tomorrow and hopefully driving soon once I have the bend back in my knee 🤞 🙏
