Sunday takes on another shape when you stop treating it like a countdown to Monday.

The world pushes people to fill every hour with noise, errands, notifications, unfinished tasks. Then a quiet evening shows up and you suddenly realize how tired your spirit has become underneath all of it.

Today can be slower.

Open the curtains. Let sunlight touch the corners of your home. Put music on while you clean. Water your plants. Read a few pages from that book waiting beside your bed. Sit outside at dusk and watch the sky change colors for a little while without reaching for your phone every few minutes.

There is old magic in tending to ordinary things with care.
