‘’Breath synchronized movement’’, this practice tends to be more dynamic and vigorous than some other styles of yoga, with lots of movement and very little rest between poses. Great for weight control, strength and flexibility. Be prepared to sweat! Hatha Flow
Is a gentle and slow paced yoga that provides a great introduction to some of the basic yoga poses. Fantastic for working out those knots and kinks after a long day at work. Great for beginners. Prenatal Yoga

A beautiful, relaxing practice combining traditional Hatha postures and focusing on the connective tissue of the body. Yin Yoga opens the body increasing the flow of Chi allowing the body and mind to heal from the inside. Naturally you will gain flexibly and peace of mind. Reiki
Reiki is a natural form of healing from Japan using ancient techniques to balance the subtle energies within our bodies. Reiki address the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances within us.
