✨ While I love meeting all my clients and having a really in-depth chat about their current health situations, my favourite part of the job is completing their health assessments and providing the recommendations to make positive life changes ✨

✨ Knowing this information can transform the way they live and most importantly feel, makes me feel privileged to do what I do ✨

✨ I will never overwhelm or bombard you with information, but provide enough to meaningfully digest and implement at a pace that suits you. I am always on hand for follow ups and more supportive coaching if you need it ✨

✨ Client testimonials are so special to me and I’m grateful for every single one ✨

We all like our home to smell nice, especially at Christmas time when you might have more family and friends over than usual.

But our conventional scented home products like diffusers and plug ins have some real nasties lurking in them, making your indoor air quality pretty bad. You wouldn’t necessarily realise as they are masked by ‘nice fragrances’.

A study into Indoor VOCs from Scented Products (Volatile Organic Compounds - PMID 21196139) found that the tested 25 products including air fresheners, deodorants, laundry detergent, soaps and disinfectants contained more than 130 toxic products. Some of those were classified as toxic or hazardous by the government and only 1 was listed on any label!! 😧😧😧

Half of the 25 products generated at least 1 of 24 carcinogenic (cancer causing) hazardous air pollutants, such as acetaldehyde, 1,4-dioxane, formaldehyde, or methylene chloride. These hazardous air pollutants have no safe exposure level, according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

This is just 1 study and there are many more.

Simmer Pots are a great way to bring REAL seasonal scents into your home and they’re very easy to do. You can use a small pan on the hob or even the slow cooker and add in whatever you fancy. Some combinations of these work really well.

🫐 Cranberries
🍊 Orange Slices
🫚 Ginger, Cinnamon and Cloves
🌲 Pine leaves
🍎 Apple
☕️ Coffee

You can leave this simmering on low all day or just take off the lid and leave the pot to cool somewhere once boiled well. Ground coffee in an open dish also has a beautiful scent. Why not hide one round the house and see who notices 😆

What the heck is Holistic Health anyway?!

I’ve written a short piece about it on my website but in essence, it’s about placing less emphasis on reactive medicine and more on proactive interventions.

Our body is designed to work as a ‘whole’ and not as separate parts or organs in isolation. Everything we do, consume, or even think has knock-on effects. Yes, trauma and negative thought patterns can present physically!

As Health Coaches are trained experts in all bodily systems, we have a great vantage point to assess what’s going wrong and why.

All can be discovered in my Health MOT; available now with £20 off.

It’s soup season, and I’m definitely here for it! 😋

If you haven’t got a soup maker, they are 100% worth the investment imho, especially one with a saute function where you can cook some meat off first.

This delicious number was a chicken and leek broth (with homemade bread and butter of course) and some other flavours I’m loving at the minute include Cauliflower and Bacon and Mushroom and Chive. I always try and use a nice organic chicken broth or stock carton such as or for some added collagen and gelatin.

If you’re just using veggies then you could always add some lentils (green are my favourite - tinned and precooked) or beans to up the protein and amino acid ratio.

If you have any of the following symptoms (which are not by any means exhaustive) you might have common nutrient deficiencies.

Even if you eat a ‘balanced diet’ there are many reasons why you might not be absorbing the nutrients your body needs, leaving you deficient.

Health Coaches can work with you to find out the underlying reasons and more importantly help you find solutions!

I just love it when a gluten free recipe looks (and tastes) just as good as the original. I’m going to try this one out very soon!

You don’t have to be ‘gluten free’ to consume products containing no wheat or gluten as I think we could all benefit from a break at times. Gluten can be damaging to the gut and confuse the immune system, sometimes causing delayed or subtle symptoms you might not connect to what you’ve eaten.

I am a huge advocate of reducing toxin exposure well before trying to get pregnant. If you struggle with infertility it is especially important. Many of us have gene mutations which make it difficult for us to excrete things like PFAS and environmental toxins, therefore we end up stockpiling them and even potentially passing them on to our children in utero.

Talk to me about how you can clean-up your lifestyle.

In two new reviews of scientific literature from across the globe, researchers looked at the impact of exposure to EDCs on male and female reproductive health.

What is a health coach and why might you need one?

Sadly as a population, we are sicker than ever. There's never been more confusing information on health and wellness circulating on the internet and you might be finding yourself thinking 'which diet is even the 'healthiest'', 'should I be working out every day' or 'why can't I shift that stubborn weight I put on'?

The secret is in a personalised approach - we are all very very different!

Health Coaches are your personal health advocates; tasked with uncovering what habits, behaviours or health traits could be making you feel rubbish...a medical detective of sorts!

We work with you to come up with a plan to help you feel your best self again.

You might have a bad gut, feel exhausted all the time, always feel cold and can't get motivated...whatever the ni**le, we are here to help.

My exclusive Health MOT will give you the knowledge and motivation to change your life, and if you need more support, I'm here for that too.

Can't wait to meet you :)
