Just thought I would share this as my son had a chat with me the other night and said “ do you think your beautiful mum ? “ I struggled with that one and I said not always ! He said “that breaks my heart that you don’t see how beautiful you are so please for 30 days I want to to tell yourself how beautiful you are just as you are” wow what a powerful little healer he is ⭐️💫🙏 I made this screen saver for my phone but wanted to share it so you guys can use it too as it’s something we all need to know and feel . In America today, it's Thanksgiving, so what are you grateful for? Just sit for five minutes and do a little gratitude meditation. Gratitude is a beautiful gift. It opens the heart and bypasses the ego. I first started to do gratitude meditation 23 years ago when I got clean from he**in. I was so grateful to be alive, to live, and to truly see the beauty in life. I remember staring for 20 minutes at a flower and seeing God's energy in it. I was genuinely grateful for life in the year following my sobriety. I practiced gratitude every day, so enjoy giving thanks for everything that you have. Maybe start putting gratitude into your own daily practice.

I am grateful for all the clients I have at Soul Space. I'm grateful for all the healing tools I practice and have learned, which have helped me transform from such disempowerment, abuse, and trauma. I'm grateful for all the shadow energies,the darkness, the abuse, and trauma that have brought me into empowerment and helped me become the healer that I am.
They have given me empathy, I've been able to hold people in a space of unconditional love and non-judgment. 🙏⭐️💫💕
