At 7pm on Sundays in my PRIVATE GROUP - The Anxiety Shift, I host a Mindful Sundays class so we can start getting deliberate about how we live, the things we choose to focus on and about our weeks.

There'll be:
πŸ’› some time to stop, be still and take a breath
πŸ’› reflecting on the past week
πŸ’› intention setting for the week ahead
πŸ’› with some thought provoking activities

The first one will be on tonight 😊

One of the steps to living anxiety free is being deliberate about what you do and think and making time for yourself and your needs.

On my morning walk thinking about what I've got on this week. Feeling excited and ready to get going after a bit of time off over half term and I remembered all the times I used to wake up with absolute dread. Not because I'd thought of anything or had something in particular going on, but because thats how my body had been programmed to respond.

I sometimes think we forget why the daily habits, why the things we can do to perk ourselves up are so powerful - it's because they interrupt the negative patterns we are stuck in. The negative ways our body has learned to respond. Everything we do affects our nervous system one way or another.

When you're dehydrated, every mouthful of water matters.
There is a point to all these tools.
No, a quick walk won't fix everything but it is absolutely a start!
Let this be your prompt today to get out there and go for a walk, talk to someone, eat better or do that meditation.
It matters.
You matter.
