At 7pm on Sundays in my PRIVATE GROUP - The Anxiety Shift, I host a Mindful Sundays class so we can start getting deliberate about how we live, the things we choose to focus on and about our weeks.
There'll be:
π some time to stop, be still and take a breath
π reflecting on the past week
π intention setting for the week ahead
π with some thought provoking activities

One of the steps to living anxiety free is being deliberate about what you do and think and making time for yourself and your needs.
