Can we talk about the side of mental health no one really warns you about?
Not just the sadness… but how it quietly affects your ability to keep up with life.
Forgetting things you were sure you did.
Missing letters or deadlines.
Letting “small” tasks build into big problems.
Feeling like everything is slipping through your fingers.
It doesn’t mean you’re lazy.
It doesn’t mean you don’t care.
Sometimes it just means your mind is overwhelmed.
I’ve been feeling this a lot lately, and it’s made me realise how many people might be silently struggling in the same way.
So I want to open this up ⬇️
