So, I’ve just returned from London following 3 mind blowing, but amazing days in a workshop ‘Stillness And The Heart – Working With The Cardiovascular System’ with Ian Wright. It’s opened up a deeper skill level to grow and work in and covered topics such as cognitive decline and long Covid. Knowing I’m working in a key therapy is both motivating and inspiring. Hopefully you’ll come on this journey with me!

Posts may have been quiet for a few months but it’s been a very busy few months personally. I’ve finally moved into my new home (3rd address of 2022! 🙈) and relocated my horses so we are all back together. It’s certainly been an interesting time but things are settling down and life is finding it’s new groove which means new places to treat from!
