On this Phalgun Pournima my Holi is not just played…it is painted in devotion.

Yesterday, I completed my Shri Chakra painting in hues of:

Red - representing passion, divine love and rising consciousness. Gold - symbolising divine radiance and eternal light.

In the sacred geometry of the Shri Chakra, I discovered the true festival of colours. With every line and every triangle, my connection deepened to Maa Lalitha Maha Tripura Sundari and I felt Her divine presence blooming gently in my heart.

May this festival of Holi take you beyond colours on the skin and awaken the sacred colours within your soul.

Spiritual Transformation Through Chanting in Kali Yuga - Chanting makes spirituality a lived experience

कृते यद्ध्यायतो विष्णुं त्रेतायां यजतो मखै:।
द्वापरे परिचर्यायां कलौ तद्धरिकीर्तनात् ॥५२॥

kṛte yad dhyāyato viṣṇuṁ tretāyāṁ yajato makhaiḥ
dvāpare paricaryāyāṁ kalau tad dhari-kīrtanāt ॥52॥

Śrīmad Bhāgavatam (12.3.52)

Meaning:
The spiritual result attained -
In Satya-Yuga by meditating on Lord Viṣṇu,
In Tretā-Yuga by performing elaborate Vedic sacrifices,
In Dvāpara-Yuga by formal temple worship and service,
In Kali-Yuga* that same result is achieved simply by chanting the holy name of Hari (God)

Brief explanation:

The verse compares the main spiritual practices of the four ages (Yugas). Earlier ages required more demanding disciplines like deep meditation, large sacrifices or elaborate worship. In Kali-Yuga, where life is more distracted and difficult, the tradition teaches a simpler yet equally powerful path - sincere remembrance and chanting of the divine name (Hari-Kīrtana)

By chanting, the mind gradually becomes peaceful, the heart softens and one develops a natural connection with the Divine. In a world full of noise and restlessness, Nāma-Saṅkīrtana offers a direct path to inner clarity, devotion and spiritual fulfilment.

One of the most compassionate attributes of Lalithāmbikā is *abhaya-pradāna* - the constant granting of fearlessness to Her devotees.

Fear arises when the mind feels separate, vulnerable and dependent on external factors. It is born of attachment, uncertainty and identification with the limited self. Whether it appears as anxiety about the future, loss or insecurity, fear ultimately stems from forgetting our inner fullness.

Lalithāmbikā removes fear not merely by changing outer circumstances, but by awakening inner clarity. Through devotion (bhakti), surrender (śaraṇāgati) and awareness, the devotee begins to rest in her protective presence.

As trust in the Divine Mother deepens, fear gradually dissolves, replaced by steadiness and quiet courage.

True fearlessness is not the absence of challenges, but the unshakable confidence that one is held, guided and never alone. To live in Her remembrance is *to live in abhaya*

After successfully completing the 1st stotra *Sapta Shloki Durga* from Durga Saptashati, this month on *Saturday, 14th February 11am UK time and 4.30pm IST* I am pleased to move forward on our Sadhana journey.

*“आत्मा की रक्षा ईश्वर की सेवा है”*
(Protecting the soul is service to God)

Today I read this line and felt sharing it with you all. Isn’t it true? Because *आत्मा ही परमात्मा है* - the individual soul itself is the universal soul.

Often, when we face difficulties or caught in a situation, our first reaction is to blame ourselves, punish ourselves or get lost in guilt and self-criticism. *But is that really the right approach?* When we hurt our own soul, we move further away from clarity and peace.

The first and most important thing we need to remember is to protect our soul - keep it unaffected, gentle and intact. A wounded soul cannot think clearly, but a protected soul has the strength to face challenges with calmness and wisdom.

*Problems are a part of life, but suffering the soul is not a solution.* When the soul is at peace, the mind becomes stable and solutions appear naturally. From that space of inner balance, we can manage and solve even the toughest situations with ease, patience and grace.

*Taking care of our soul is not selfish - it is sacred*. It is an act of faith. It is service to God. Because when the soul is protected, the divine within us shines through.

Let us choose compassion for ourselves. *Let us protect our soul first - everything else will follow* 🌸

Fasting on Ekadashi is highly auspicious and especially dear to Lord Vishnu. When observed with faith and sincerity, it purifies the body, mind and soul, helping release the karmic burdens of past and present lives.

Through fasting, chants and self-discipline, we learn to master the senses and cultivate surrender to Shri Hari. By choosing remembrance over cravings, this sacred observance deepens devotion, nurtures inner purity and draws us closer to the Divine.
