On today’s sacred day of Guru Purnima, we celebrate the timeless teacher-student tradition that forms the heart of yogic wisdom. Let’s take a Sankalpa (Spiritual Resolution) to awaken the Guru Tatva within.

1. Make a commitment towards your inner growth - such as daily meditation, yoga practice, healthier living, or letting go of a negative habit

2. Read or Listen to Spiritual Teachings - Read scriptures, or teachings of your Guru or tradition (like the Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Sutras, or Upanishads)

3. Mantra Sadhana or Japa

When your sadhana (spiritual practice) is pure and sincere, the next steps unfold - spiritual teachers appear, clarity rises, and the path reveals itself for self evolution.
