Today I am reliving these special moments hence thought of sharing with you all. Last year, on the auspicious occasion of Makar Sankranti, I was fortunate to visit the Mahakumbha Mela and take part in the sacred Amrut Snan alongside the Naga Sadhus 🙏

Witnessing this larger-than-life spiritual gathering was a deeply humbling and transformative experience. I’ve shared my entire journey, emotions and reflections in this video.

It consists of seven essential verses that beautifully encapsulate the entire essence and power of the Durga Saptashati, making it a complete and effective sadhana for those with limited time.

It can lead to increased stress levels, anxiety, lack of concentration, concerns about body image, loss of interest and notional mental roadblocks. 13th Batch of Veda Chanting Level 1 Certificate Course

Yoga is much more than the practice of postures. The Vedas are considered the source texts of Yoga. A practice based approach to studying the Vedas is the ancient art of Veda recitation. Veda chanting is a powerful tool for discovering, expressing and influencing all dimensions of the human system.

The Veda Chanting course developed by Atman Yoga Consultancy (AYC) aspires to provide learning of important Veda mantras with detailed teachings, accurate pronunciation and guidance on how to practice at your own pace.

The certificate course is for 8 weeks starting from January 11th to March 1st 2026, Every Sunday 11am-12noon (UK Time) and 4.30pm-5.30pm (India Time)

PLEASE NOTE:
No mandatory knowledge of Sanskrit Language is required
