✨ From Syns to SWIPs – and even more freedom ✨

Slimming World has always been about building a lifestyle you can actually live with… not one that feels restrictive!

That’s why we have introduced SWIPs instead of Syns – and the addition of Healthy Fats 💞

SWIPS means Slimming World Individual Picks and that wording really matters!

Because food was never meant to feel “naughty” or “bad”. Chocolate, meals out, a biscuit with a brew ☕🍫 – these are part of real life, and real life is what long-term success is built around.

Alongside this, Healthy Fats have been introduced to give even more freedom and balance – supporting the use of things like oils, spreads, nuts and seeds as part of a healthy lifestyle. Because fats aren’t the enemy – they’re part of nourishment, satisfaction and sustainability.

It’s been great listening to all my members telling me how they have been enjoying filled up freezers from the new slimming world range. To think you can eat pancakes and lose weight?

I’ve made the decision as I have to that it’s melting and we haven’t had any more snow so think it will be ok by tomorrow to run group.

Allow yourself extra time
Walk if needed
Park on side roads if more comfortable too

I will make sure heating is on & I will be raring to go. Let’s not let this snow ❄️ get in the way of our weightlosses 💪
