I’ve lost 7 stone BUT…
I’ve gained confidence.
I’ve gained energy.
I’ve gained myself back.

There were days I felt unstoppable and days I wanted to quit, but every small choice added up. Every step, every swap, every line drawn. I’m just so proud I kept going.

If you’re on your own journey, whatever stage you’re at, keep going. You deserve to discover the epic feeling of being at your dream target weight, living your best slim for life, life🌟

I’m absolutely bursting with pride to share that
Team Hockley Heath have officially been awarded the award for the highest percentage of members losing 1lb or more across team Solihull for October! ✨

And guess what…
🏆 This is the FOURTH consecutive month that one of my groups has achieved this amazing award! (Dorridge had it last month and HH the 2 months before)

That’s four months of:

❤️ Support
👏 Commitment
🌟 And truly inspiring members giving it their all every single week

What an incredible night last night for our amazing Zoe who absolutely smashed it, achieving her 1½ stone award, Club 10 award, AND Slimmer of the Week, all in one evening! 🌟

This is exactly what’s possible with Food Optimising, group support, and the magic of our Slimming World family.

Please give her a huge congratulations, she so so deserves it 💗 we are so proud of you Zoe

Simply WOW! Life changing, life saving achievement! Meet slimming worlds incredible woman of the year 2025 💖🥳

‘People ask me if I’ve used weight loss drugs or had surgery. I’m proud to say I did it with Slimming World’ 💖.

Make some noise for Claire! She lost a jaw-dropping 18st 7.5lbs (117.7kg) and is our Woman of the Year 2025 👑🌟!

At her heaviest, Claire felt at rock bottom. Her weight affected every part of her life, and though she longed to start a family she couldn’t conceive 💔. Hoping to lose enough weight to have IVF, Claire joined Slimming World – and just nine months later, she’d lost 8st 7.5lbs (54.2kg)… and conceived naturally!

Fast forward to now, and Claire has two gorgeous children and a healthy and happy future with them ahead 🤗.

🌿🍃 I’m a Slimmer… Get Me Out of Here! 🍃🌿

No… I won’t be heading into the I’m a Celebrity jungle this year!
Why? Because although I can happily enjoy rice and beans as Free Food, I get to eat SO much more and still lose weight! 💪🏻

With Slimming World, my plate is full of my favourite meals, delicious treats, and tons of variety. No starving, no living off two ingredients, certainly no creepy crawlies for dinner, just real food and real weight loss.

I’ll take my food freedom over jungle rations any day!
