Struggling to sleep? Read on….

‘After many years of shift work as a nurse, it became easy for me to wake during the night to care for my children, grandchildren and lots of ‘looked-after’ babies. As I’ve got older and all of the above has ended, I’ve found great difficulty in sleeping throughout the night. For years now, I’ve tossed and turned, become frustrated, had broken sleep and been lethargic and tired during the daytime. I’ve tried lots of different ways- relaxing, military sleep patterns, music, audio books, TV etc and had very little ongoing success. A friend suggested hypnotherapy with Sarah. By this time I was ready to try anything and consulted Sarah with an open, hopeful mind. Sarah was very kind and welcoming and put me at ease straight away. She provided a calm, unhurried atmosphere in a lovely, comfortable environment. Her beautiful voice relaxed me straight away. After the first session, I slept all night! The second night I slept again. The third night was not so good and I had dreams and waking but Sarah gave more advice and explanation- then I had two more really good sleeps. I went to Sarah for a second super session and felt even more able to cope with what was the dreaded nighttime. I’ve followed her short, easy programme and am overjoyed to say that I’m sleeping well almost every night - and even on the odd time I have woken, I’m able to go straight back to sleep. I can’t believe how much better I feel during the daytime. I’m definitely going back for a third session to totally condition my sleep patterns. Sarah, a massive THANK YOU’ ❤️💐
