‘I stopped va**ng because of hypnotherapy!’ ‘I met with Sarah 3 weeks ago, and have not v**ed since my first hypnotherapy session with her! I contacted Sarah after a friend had recommended her. I am an ex-smoker and only started va**ng to break away from my cigarette habit. Va**ng seemed healthier at the time - it certainly helped me kick the smoking habit but it didn’t take long for it to control me just as ci******es had, but this time it was worse. I was va**ng ALL THE TIME! Working from home during COVID-19 and then continuing to work from home meant I could v**e all day long. I was also quite stressed out and anxious, so again, that led to more va**ng. I tried to stop a few times but couldn’t kick the habit myself. I didn’t think it was going to work with Sarah, due to how much I was va**ng - I took it everywhere with me; I would panic massively if I couldn’t find my v**e or if I had misplaced it. I went with an open mind and clung to why I wanted to stop (YOUR REASON IS IMPORTANT.) I followed every bit of advice that Sarah gave during the session. The first few days were really quite tough and I was extremely cranky, but I kept reminding myself that this feeling would pass and the reasons why I was stopping. Each day it really has just got easier and easier. After the first week, I realised I was hardly thinking about va**ng at all. I am now in my third week and I feel so much better in myself.
