Bright Dawn Home Care provide Domiciliary Care and Live-In Care to adults & the elderly in Solihull and surrounding areas.
Managing Director Tracy is originally a teacher from South Africa. However due to her own personal experience regarding her struggle to find good quality home care for her father, she decided to change her career path and open a care agency; whereby she could provide the quality of care she was unable to find for her father. Tracy is passionate about Dementia care and educating others in this area. Tracy is Dementia trained, and has obtained a BSC degree specialising in care management and mental health. She is the director of Bright Dawn Home Care, and The Registered Care Manager.

The Bright Dawn community coffee morning was a great success, made even more special by the attendance of the Guide Dogs for the Blind. It was a wonderful opportunity for the community to come together, enjoy good company, and learn more about the amazing work of guide dogs and their trainers.🐕🦺
It was a day for animals, even the Police horses trotted past our offices!

Tracy started her home care agency in Solihull in 2008 to provide a different type of home care service, as she is passionate about helping people to remain independent in their homes for as long as possible.
This stems from Tracy’s personal experience regarding care for her father, who had to leave his own home and go into residential care due to lack of quality care support available to him.
Being a smaller care company, enables Bright Dawn Home Care to devote more time to the individual and their families; to ensure the service is a dignified, quality, and professional service.
Our ethos is to provide the best quality and consistent care service to our clients, each and every day. We believe its not what service we can offer for you, it’s what service you would like us to provide for you. Each service is tailored to the individual’s wishes, needs, and wellbeing; it’s flexible and allows for their changing needs.
In order to provide a quality and relationship driven service, we ensure that it’ll always be the same Care Givers’ smile your family member sees each time, in order to ensure our service isn’t rushed. Each call is a minimum of an hour long.
